Curriculum vitae
Solgerd was born and raised in Råneå, Sweden where she started her musical career playing the Suzuki violin at the age of four. Just a few years older she started to sing in the childrens choir in the local church. Her first paid solo experience was in the same church at the age of 17 and the same year she took her first singing lesson. During the years Solgerd has received several scholarships. Today she has a bacherlor and a masters degree in opera from the university of Göteborg.
